Terms of Service

Below are our Terms of Service which outline the relationship we have with you as a user of our product. We are a small team and this is an early version of a new product. Our main aim is to ensure you are well taken care of. If you are reading these terms because you feel the service has in some way been inadequate please reach out to us via our contact page. Terms

SheetsFinance ("the Service") is a market data service. The Service is provided without warranty on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Any part of the Service may be changed or removed at any time without warning. By using or accessing the Service, you signify that you have read and agreed to this Terms of Service document.

Data Integrity

We report market information that we derive directly from the professional market data APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) provided by third parties. We do our best to ensure that the data is accurate. We do not manipulate the data except to abridge and/or summarise a series of similar data points.

Account

SheetsFinance uses only your google account email address to identify your use of the Service. SheetsFinance does not require you to create a separate account. There are two types of SheetsFinance Accounts: Premium Accounts ("paid accounts") and Trial Accounts ("free accounts"). Trial Accounts last 15 days from install of the add-on, after which you will be required to pay for a Premium Account to continue using the service. Premium Accounts allow access to all aspects of the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee our Service to have a 99% availability on a monthly basis to consumers who have a Premium Account. Availability is defined by a web client and data stream server being functional and accessible at the URL of the Service.

Subscriptions

SheetsFinance is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). SheetsFinance uses Stripe to manage it’s billing and Subscriptions. Billing can be optionally monthly or annually (at a discounted rate).

Refunds

Purchases are not refundable except in cases where the terms of the Service Level Agreement have not been met.

Security

We do our best to ensure that our software is secure. By using SheetsFinance you are providing any personal information at your own risk and you are agreeing to relieve us from any and all liability arising in the event that your personal information on our system is accessed by unauthorized third parties.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
