No. There is no cap on the number of people a spreadsheet can be shared with. Sharing itself is not quota-gated.
How sharing works
Sharing a spreadsheet is not limited or quota-gated — there is no cap on how many people you can share with. What changes by platform is how SheetsFinance functions run and whose account and quota they use.
Google Sheets
In a shared Google Sheet, SheetsFinance functions always run under the sheet owner's authenticated account.
Anyone the sheet is shared with sees the data rendered in the cells, even without their own SheetsFinance account.
All function calls count toward the owner's quota, regardless of who is viewing. Sharing itself does not add a separate limit — usage still follows the owner's plan and Google's platform quotas. See Limits.
Shared viewers get cell values only. They do not have access to SheetsFinance controls — the sidebar (function generator, screener) or menu items like Refresh — unless they have their own SheetsFinance account.
If a viewer makes their own copy of the sheet into their account, that copy needs its own SheetsFinance account for functions to work.
Google Sheets requires all collaborators to see identical cell content, so functions run under a single account rather than per user. Per-user data views are not possible.
Excel
In Excel, SheetsFinance functions run per user, not under a single owner.
Each collaborator needs their own SheetsFinance account and the add-in loaded on their side. Set up an account and Connection ID from Account and Pricing.
When coauthoring, Excel prompts collaborators to load the add-in. SheetsFinance data only populates for them once they have loaded it and signed in.
There is no shared-quota model — each user draws on their own account and quota.
